My massage consists of a variety of techniques including Swedish massage. lymphatic drainage. Hawaiian lomi lomi also focusing on the pressure points which is used in Shiatsu.

Massage in to reiki experience

Both Reiki and massage is a popular combination.

When used together it can reduce stress, ease pain, improve circulation and relax and loosen muscles While massage focuses on the body Reiki focuses on clearing blockages to restore balance to the body's energy points.

This treatment consists of 45 minutes Back, neck and shoulder massage followed by 45 minutes of Reiki

Hot stones can also be included and are placed on the major Chakra centres to allow the healing energy to enter and the negative energy to withdraw.

The combination often induces a profound state of rest, allowing the nervous system to quickly shift in to a healing state.

Aromatherapy is a part of my massage therapy

It is not charged as extra as I believe it is part of the holistic experience. All oil is professionally pre-blended.

I also use Tropic products in my Facial treatments and can arrange for customers to order product for themselves.

Reiki

is a Japanese technique that channels energy through the palms to promote healing and balance. It helps to balance energy centres and encourages harmony and inner peace.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a relaxing treatment which starts with a soothing foot soak and scrub, then you lie comfortably while a little wax is applied.
