About Me

Hello, my name is Nicola. I am a mother of three boys and have lived in Keswick all my life, with strong ties to the local community. As a busy working mother, I understand first-hand the physical and emotional demands of juggling work, family life, and everyday responsibilities.

 

Through my own experiences with stress and the pressures of a fast-paced lifestyle, I discovered the powerful benefits of holistic therapies. These treatments played an important role in supporting my wellbeing, inspiring me to train as a practitioner so I could help others find balance, relaxation, and relief in their own lives.
